Volunteer Shop Assistant - Wedding Department

Are you interested in fashion, weddings or proms? Then this could be a fantastic volunteer role for you. The role includes helping brides pick out a dress for their big special day, chatting to the relatives and making the experience one to remember!

The Chestnut Tree House Shop in Bognor town Centre offer a wide range of beautiful affordable outfits, including wedding dresses, suits and prom dresses.

You’ll get the chance to meet new people and make friends, plus you’ll be part of a fantastic team of volunteers.

What skills do I need?

• Reliable and good timekeeping
• Willingness to follow instructions from staff
• Be flexible, adaptable and willing to work as part of a team of staff and volunteers
• Friendly and approachable
• An interest in the shop and raising money through its work
• Confident in talking to a variety of different people
