E-Sales Volunteer

We are looking for a volunteer to help us maximise the value of donated items by bringing them to life on online platforms. 

From listing to dispatch, your work will directly generate income to support our services for people experiencing homelessness

Some of the tasks you may be doing, these tasks can be shared with other volunteers:

• Photographing items and creating online listings (e.g. on eBay) 
• Researching item values and writing clear, engaging descriptions 
• Monitoring listing and responding to customer enquiries 
• Packaging and dispatching sold items 
• Ensuring a high standard of customer service

If you enjoy working online, have an eye for value, and want to help turn donations into real impact, this is a great opportunity to get involved.

What skills do I need?

• Experience using online platforms
• Good written communication skills
• An interest in e-commerce, retail or reselling 

When do I need to be available?
