Cowdray Ruins Volunteers

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to help bring Cowdray Ruins to life.

There are lots of ways to get involved, and you can choose the activities that suit your interests, skills and availability.

You could help welcome visitors and support tours, get involved in events such as our Halloween trail, help with behind-the-scenes tasks and odd jobs around the site, or support our work to care for and understand the Ruins and their history.

We’re also looking for a volunteer to help catalogue our small collection of historic objects and material. No previous museum or cataloguing experience is needed – we’ll provide guidance and training.

Whether you can spare a few hours occasionally or would like to get more involved, we’d love to hear from you. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about this fascinating Tudor site, meet people and play a part in shaping its future.
