Content creation for social media platforms

We’re looking for a volunteer to help keep our Facebook and Instagram pages active, engaging, and relevant to local people. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, spending time outdoors, and supporting a local environmental project.

What you’ll do:

• Visit South Pond regularly to take photos and gather short updates
• Create friendly, engaging posts about wildlife, conservation work, and community activity
• Produce simple visuals (e.g., using Canva) to accompany posts
• Schedule posts to keep our pages up to date
• Respond to comments and help build a positive online community
• Share ideas for improving our social‑media presence across different platforms

What skills do I need?

• Good at taking photos and creating content that grabs people’s attention
• Organised and able to stay on top of tasks
• Reliable and can be counted on to get things done
