Community Champion

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, engaging group of people to become our voice at Community Food Hubs, community events and speaking engagements in Chichester and the surrounding areas across West Sussex.

This role is a vital part of our operations, sharing our mission, our impact and how we can support those in the community to access food, free food education, wrap around support and feel part of our communities.

What skills do I need?

• A confident public speaker, and/or someone who enjoys speaking to people but is keen to build on their outreach skills
• A passion about reducing food wase and/or environmental issues
• Ability to communicate clearly with others

When do I need to be available?

This is a unique role that can be regular at Community Food Hubs which take place on weekdays during the day (you can sign up to the ones that suit your schedule). Or you can sign up adhoc at community events and speaking engagements.
